George - I have enough of my own, thank you very much. I think you got more than we did though. We got about 15". Took us all day yesterday and today to get completely out. Now, I'm sewing though.
Yup, George, you watch your back. Lancaster will be here before we know it and we all know how much walking we do there. Patricia - sorry to hear you are swollen with the heat down there. Wish I could send you some. We surely have enough here. Hugs, TJ

I will trade places with you Patrica..any day..I hate the snow.
I get my share where I live so I won't be taking any off of your hands. There's a rare day that I don't face my morning with a coffee and a shovel but it's been a long time since we had as much as what you've gotten..been watching the news and I feel for ya'..but I'm not able to help. ![]()

I've been thinking about my PA-NJ-VA friends and wondering how you all were managing with all that snow
The news reports of the Baltimore area were amazing! We can deal with snow and ice, it's the loss of electricity that is so difficult. Hope everyone has their electric back on now. That storm missed us up here in the MA/NH area but we are due for about 8" snow on Wednesday. My sister and I are scheduled to take an applique class on Wed afternoon but it will most likely be canceled. Take good care shoveling!

Well I was all ready to box up the snow (in refrigerated cartons of course) and ship it out to everyone who wanted some, but along came this weather report telling us we would be getting more starting tomorrow and going into Wednesday.
So after thinking about it, I am going to hold off...since it would be so much nicer to send fresh, clean, white snow and not the icky mess that is all over from the last storm. Now this fresh snow might have a higher shipping cost <lol>, so I will put my request in early.....so that it saves on freight. The request is that it all goes to you who want it, from all of us who don't! Wouldn't that be great? and it would only have to go ONCE ![]() Enjoy your weather whatever comes. Don't worry about Lancaster I plan on being there and in rare form for the New AQS Venu. I have already started on my shopping list!....it's a very long list.....I WANT IT ALL ![]() Hugs and have a great day all! George.... q:-{> |

That's a great idea Patrcia - especially since they're having to truck snow into Vancouver. We got several more inches since Sunday night and it's still snowing - no school today because of blowing and drifting - And the east is supposed to get hit again!!!! Can we please just fast forward to spring?!?!?

We are to get the blowing and drifting tomorrow - they've upped our amounts to get too. Katie said 10" tonight and another 18" tomorrow. I think it is supposed to be 12" by the time it's over tomorrow. If we get 28" like Katie says, I'll be walking to school for another month! It started right when school got out. Yup, I walked in/out yesterday and today to school. Still stuff on the roads. The t.v. is loaded with everything that is closing by 5 tonight and all day tomorrow. We didn't get the official notice that school is closed yet, but we know the phone call is coming. It is coming down pretty good right now. I've already put a call in to DS David to tell him to come right home - that gyms, bingo's, stores are closing early tonight. Come on 7 PM - he should by home by then.
I do plan on getting more sewing done. Oh! Better head over to my UFO List - 2 of the I SPY's are done! Hugs, TJ
